Timing.
Invitations are generally mailed out 6- 8 weeks before the event. Order
your stationery in plenty of time to have it delivered to your calligrapher.
There is a three day turn around anywhere in Australia(from your stationery
being received) with Overnite Express.
Place Cards. Different place cards
are available from 10 cents for standard size and can be decorated to
suit your Wedding/function theme.
Place cards only need to be done once the RSVP's have been received, usually
2 weeks prior to the event.
Quantity. You may discover errors
to YOUR mailing list, so extra Invitations, Place cards & Envelopes are
expected.
List. Accepted by fax, e-mail or legibly
handwritten. Write each name without abbreviations, using proper title
and CORRECT spelling (or nicknames if preferred).
